Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official AO holographic tags and labels are attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized Australia Post location or designated international courier point and retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
